Free Flight Dance welcomes you to our 2011/2012 Programs
First and last month’s and reg. fees are required upon registration on one cheque. The last month’s deposit that you are paying at registration will be used as your June 2012 payment. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and no portion of it will be refunded, including dropping classes.
Monthly payments are to be made with post-dated cheques starting 1st OCTOBER 2011 to MAY 2012. Due to the months having varying amounts of classes, payments are actually the year’s tuition divided into 10 parts with 2 parts payable at registration along with all other applicable fees
There is a discount for full term payment, See fees on page 3.
Refunds will not be given for any portion of registration deposit nor after 1st of each month. Withdrawal request form must be completed and handed in the office by December 15th 2011 or the parent / guardian will be liable to pay the year’s tuition fees. A refund will be issued for any unused tuition or costume deposit according to studio policies.

IF YOU DROP OUT OF ANY CLASS (ES) AFTER DECEMBER 15th 2011, YOU WILL STILL BE HELD LIABLE TO PAY FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON AS WE CANNOT FILL A SPOT SO LATE IN THE SEASON.
Full term (10 months) payments are to be paid at registration please, but can be split into two cheques with the last one dated no later than Nov 1st. ALL FEES INCLUDE H.S.T.
Monthly Payment based on 1 hour classes, Please add $22 per month if you have a half hour over an even number of hours, Classes can be combined into a total of hours danced and the rate worked out accordingly. Eg : if you have 3 one and a half hour classes, that would be four and a half hours total, take the rate for 4 classes per week and add $22 per month. A discount is applied the more classes an individual student takes. For one 45 min class combined with one hour classes, take the total amount of classes as if they are full hours, less $5.00 per month ie: 1.75 hours would be $93.
