Summer Camp Registration Form. Advanced Dance Camp Schedule. SUMMER 2008 TENTATIVE DATES: July 14th- 18th (5-7 year olds Juniors) & (Advanced) July 21st - 25th (8-10 year olds Juniors) July 28th - August 1st (11-14 years old experienced dancers) Junior camps - run from 9 am to 3 pm, with one hour for lunch. Weather permitting we go to the park to picnic each day. The students must bring a packed lunch, an extra snack, bottled water for inside the studio and a towel to sit on at lunch. Students are to bring in any dance shoes they have as we do Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre (and Arts n' Crafts) each day. We do have a small supply of Tap shoes that we lend out, but do not always have the correct size for every student. All items must have the student's name on them. We hold a mini recital on the last day at 2 pm, Friday, with family and friends invited along for the show. these camps have always been a huge success with the students learning many news dance and social skills as well as having more fun than they ever thought possible while working that hard! 11-14 year olds - run from 9 am to 3 pm, with one hour for lunch. ADVANCED SUMMER DANCE CAMP INTENSIVE (In Studio Convention) -Dancers must have a minimum of 5 years previous dance experience and be able to perform double pirouettes, chaine and pose turns, jetes, reverse jumps, & turning jumps. Classes include: Ballet, Jazz (Stylized/Street Jazz), Lyrical, Progressions, Hip Hop, Body Conditioning/Yoga, Tap, Modern/Contemporay, Musical Theatre Schedule: 9:30-10am -Warm Up 10 – 12pm -Classes 12-1pm - Lunch 1-3pm – Classes Instructors: TBA
